Experienced architects are being sought for the provision of architecture services and consultancy as part of a framework agreement by Pobl – the Welsh housing association that recently merged with Linc Cymru and has rebranded as Codi Group.

The Codi Group manage almost 25,000 homes across Wales, with ambitious plans to deliver an additional 4,500 new homes this decade.

Previous projects include Gwynfaen, designed by Stride Treglown, which won Best Development at the Inside Housing Awards. The housing association and care provider has also joined Tai ar y Cyd, a collaboration of 25 Welsh local authorities and housing associations committed to delivering low-carbon homes across Wales.

ITT documents can be found at etenderwales.bravosolution.co.uk/home.html, which sets out participation and framework agreement.

This will be awarded on 60% Price to 40% Quality, with a maximum of ten consultants to be appointed.

As Pobl Group Limited is undergoing a rebrand to Codi Group Limited, this may be reflected in documentation.

Enquire by 20 February for submission by 27 February required.
