The London Borough of Hounslow are undertaking "soft market engagement" for the procurement of a development/investment partner for the Covent Way Estate regeneration and are looking for expressions of interest.

The engagement will provide feedback into the final procurement approach for the estate’s demolition and regeneration.

Recent redesigns of the masterplan will see 550-556 homes built, 250 of these will replace the existing social rent homes and all resident leaseholders will have the opportunity to secure a new home on regenerated estate.

The market engagement will provide and opportunity for the council to present the updated scheme and test the interest of suppliers on providing interim capital works on the existing buildings that will need to be maintained until new builds are complement.

The initial demolition notice was served to residents on 25 July 2026 with the first phase of new homes expect in 2032/33.

Suppliers must complete the EOI questionnaire and may be invited to a 1-to-1 session. Participation does not form part of any future evaluation.
